AdLife Metabolic Boost

This chart provides vital information which you can use to guide your goals including your activity level to achieve your Healthy Weight as indicated by your Body Mass Index.
The indicator provides a progressive comparison of your AdLife Calorie Burn average as a percentage of your Daily Calorie Burn; the latter being the approximate number of calories your body requires for maintenance, core functions and general day to day activity.

The end scale of your chart is your Daily Calorie Burn total which is calculated based on your age, gender, height & weight.

Keeping your weight updated in your AdLife Software Input Day screen will keep this calculation current.

As a guide for your activity level

If your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 18.5 to 24.9 (least risk range) then a 15 – 20% AdLife Boost is sufficient to maintain life fitness and health benefits.

If your BMI is 25 – 29.9 (medium risk range) then a 20 – 25% AdLife Boost should be your aim until your BMI returns to the least risk range.

If your BMI is in excess of 30 (highest risk range) then a 25 – 30% AdLife Boost should be considered until you return to the medium risk range on your way to the least risk range.
